The first stage of the repair consists of a diagnostic, this will give us the cause of the fault and will enable us to provide a quotation before the computer repairs are carried out.
Whilst conducting the diagnostic we will test all the key components of the laptop or desktop computer until we find the issue. Once this is completed we will contact you to give you a price for the repair before we carry it out.
If we can do the repair without replacing any parts then you should be able to get your computer back within 24 hours. If your computer requires parts that need to be ordered then this can take up to a week.
We pride ourselves in good communication and we will provide you with ongoing updates throughout the repair process.
