We help offices, trades, professional firms, charities, sole traders and other small businesses with up to 6 computers, whether you sell to other businesses or to the public.

We don't support shop till (EPOS) systems.
Our service level agreement is a reply within 24 hours. In most cases, if an engineer is available, we'll get back to you within the hour.
We fix most problems by telephone and remote support, connecting securely to your computer over the internet. Remote support is available anywhere in the UK and abroad, including Spain and France.
We don't offer on-site visits at the moment. If a computer needs hardware work, you bring it to our Ashford workshop by appointment. Every repair starts with a £45 + VAT diagnostic, and you get a price before any work is done.
Our support plans are annual contracts, priced per computer:
• Standard: £18 + VAT a month, or £180 + VAT a year paid in one go.
Telephone and remote support, 24/7 monitoring, antivirus monitoring and a quarterly tune-up.
• Premium: £30 + VAT a month, or £300 + VAT a year paid in one go. Everything in Standard, plus a 50GB automated cloud backup.

How can you help us?
