Whilst conducting the diagnostic, we will test all the key components of the laptop or desktop computer until we find the issue, once this is completed we will contact you to give you a price for the repair before we carry it out. 
If we can repair without replacing any parts, then you should be able to get your computer back within 24 hours. If your computer requires parts that need to be ordered then this can take up to a week.
