Who we are

Sabre Solutions Ltd is a computer repair and IT support company. Company number 05320639, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: c/o AIMS, 22a Bank Street, Ashford, Kent TN23 1BE. Trading address: The Panorama, Park Street, Ashford, Kent TN24 8DF. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZA916341. What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and postal address when you contact us, book a repair or take out a support plan.
• Details about your computer and the fault, and notes about the work we do.
• When you call us, our phone assistant Luna (an automated AI assistant) answers and keeps a written record of the call so we can deal with your request.
• Messages you send through the contact forms on this website.
• Payment records. Customers pay by bank transfer, using the bank details on our invoice. We do not take or keep card details.
• Basic website usage information collected by Google Analytics (see Cookies below).

Your files and data on your computer

While we repair or support your computer we may need to see files on it. We only look at what we need to do the job, we never copy your files except where you ask us to (for example data recovery or backup), and anything copied for that purpose is deleted once the job is finished.

Why we use it

To carry out repairs and support you have asked for, to contact you about your job, to send invoices and keep accounts, and to meet our legal obligations. If you are an existing customer we may occasionally email you about similar services; every email has an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with services we use to run the business, such as our phone, email, cloud hosting and accounting providers, and the AI services that power our phone assistant. Some of these are based outside the UK (for example in the USA); where that is the case they are covered by appropriate legal safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Phone call records: 12 months, then deleted.
• Customer, repair and accounts records: 6 years, as required for accounts.
• Contact form messages that do not lead to any work: 12 months.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies: one to remember your cookie choice, and Google Analytics cookies that tell us how many people visit and which pages they read. Pages showing Google Maps or reviews may also set Google cookies. You can accept or reject cookies using the banner, and you can delete them in your browser at any time.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on the details above. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
